2.storage capacity:-The fast speed of computers led to the requirement of a high storage capacity. The efforts of the manufactures has been to increase both primary memory and also the capacity of other storage devices. Now there is unlimited capacity that computers can store in secondary memory.
3. Accuracy:- The computers should give accuracy of a high order and the degree of accuracy of a particular computer depends upon its design. But for a particular computer each and every calculation is performed with same accuracy. Errors can occur in computer but without grumbling. Due to this property, computer obviously score over human being in doing routine type of jobs which require greater accuracy.
4.Versatility:-Computer are capable of performing almost any task which can be reduced to a series of logical steps. All that is needed to change its talent to select a new program and deliver the desired result.
5.Deligence:-Because computer is a machine, therefore its working is not effected as if it is done by human being. The human being is effected by tiredness and lack of concentration in order to perform different instruction it takes same time. Therfore it is diligent and consistent.
6.Intelligence:- A computer doesn't a magics. It can perform that a human being can. The difference is that it can perform these task with high speed and greater accuracy. It does not posses intelligence of its own. Hence its intelligence quotient(I.Q.) is nil. It has to be ordered as to what to do and in what sequence. Therefore a user can determine what task a computer will perform. A computer cannot take its own decisions in yis regard.
7.Trained Manpower:-A computer system requires trained manpower to handle it effectively. The efforts required in training and the time spent in programming is considerable. While interacting with the computer this trained manpower has to perform two important roles i.e. to ensure that programs are reliable and that the application logic is unambigious.
8.No feelings:-Computer do not work on emotions because computer are machines.Although a man has developed memory for the computer but it is not equivalent to heart and soul of a man. Generally man takes decisions on feelings, taste and knowledge and experience. But computer's judgement is purely based on instructions given to it in the from of programs.
